You begin with the whole product, free, for two months, not a cut-down version. The assisted cues carry a generous fair-use allowance during that time, set high enough that writing at a human pace will not meet it. If Florimel turns out not to be for you, simply leave; your export is available until the end.

We understand that digging up memories has diminishing returns over time (after all, once you've remembered 80%, there's much less coming afterwards). As such, we've created two options: Explorer enables all supporting features (AI-supported extraction of names, places, activities, and more) that help you make sense of everything you're going to write down. This is likely the plan you would start on and, after a while, you'll likely be coming back less often. The Keeper offer then gives you the freedom to keep everything you have and to add, bit by bit over a long period of time, whatever's still missing, for a lesser price. We want a fair offer that gives you the maximum potential when you need it, and that you can convert to a simpler one for more occasional usage.

Yes, a fair one. The assisted cues run through external providers: Google for addresses and the journey map, Mistral for transcription and for spotting names in your writing. Explorer therefore includes a monthly credit allowance, generous enough that writing at a human pace stays well within it. If you ever reach the cap, you can top it up or plug in your own API key (using your own key will send some precious and private data to your AI account, that's why we're proposing a private alternative, but you're absolutely free to use your preferred model).

Yes. You can move between plans whenever you like. Everything you have written stays exactly where it is. Moving to Keeper simply closes the AI doors and moving to Explorer opens them again. And on either plan you can export your whole archive or delete it entirely.

We understand that such a tool has different usage in different periods and we don't want you to pay a hefty fee for an occasional usage. If you're not a regular user, you can shift to Keeper (and occasionally top up your AI credit so you pay only for what you use) or, if you're already paying for an AI model, you can use your own key (what you write will then be sent to your AI account; if you prefer more privacy, you can use our in-house solution).

Florimel is not a place to empty your camera roll, it is a place for the photographs that hold a chapter. 1 GB comfortably holds hundreds of them, and both plans include the same space.

Nothing disappears overnight. Your whole archive can be downloaded at any time through the full, encrypted export. If you stop subscribing, your data is kept for a full year, with several email reminders to take your export along the way, and only deleted after that. And if you ask to be forgotten, deletion is immediate and real.
